Applications

1. On-Stage Silent Communication

Plug your mic into the HotShot MD and send Output-A to the PA. Outputs B and C route to separate monitor channels or backstage. Press and hold footswitch B, C, or both to mute the PA and talk directly to the band, techs, or both.

2. Cough Mute Mode

Use Output-A for your vocal channel and Output-B for monitors. When you feel a cough or need to mute momentarily, just hold footswitch C. The mic feed to FOH is muted instantly—and resumes the moment you release the switch.

3. Expandable Comms System

Need to coordinate with more people? Deploy multiple HotShot MDs across your stage for seamless two-way communication between artists, techs, and stage crew without opening the main PA channel.
